    Week 4 of #12WBT February 2017

    Last week was the first mini-milestone week of 12WBT. It’s the week where in addition to weighing ourselves, we redo our measurements and also our fitness test. This week, when I weighed in on Wednesday, I found out I lost 400 grams from last week which makes it a total of 2 kilos.
