Ready, Set, Go!

Week 1 of 12WBT kicks off tomorrow.

I have my workout plans.

I have my modified nutrition plan. And it’s stuck on my fridge.

I have my fridge and pantry stocked with what’s needed.

I have completed my initial fitness test and am intermediate in most areas. Which I should be given I have been exercising since last year.

We weigh in every Wednesday.

And every 4 weeks we do our measurements and our fitness tests again.

I have a rostered day off tomorrow so that helps kick things off well.

Am I a bit overwhelmed?

Yes.

Am I a bit apprehensive?

Yes.

Am I excited?

Yes.

Let’s get started!

      Thanks ME! Yes, it’s Yoplait forme — the 6 pack one with strawberry, french vanilla and peach & mango. 😀

      Thanks IHM! It is hard to have to plan all this in advance but I can see the benefits in doing so particularly on days I’m home stressed after work…

    woww.. that discipline and organization skills will help you a great deal!
    And you’ll weigh every Wednesday? I weigh myself everyday!!It’s so tempting when you’re working out.

      I agree Nisha! A week into it and I’m loving the organising and planning and hope it will help me in future. Oh I never weigh myself daily…too stressful!!! I do it once a week even without the program and skip it while menstruating because of the inaccuracy at that time.
