Week 1 of 12WBT kicks off tomorrow.
I have my workout plans.
I have my modified nutrition plan. And it’s stuck on my fridge.
I have my fridge and pantry stocked with what’s needed.
I have completed my initial fitness test and am intermediate in most areas. Which I should be given I have been exercising since last year.
We weigh in every Wednesday.
And every 4 weeks we do our measurements and our fitness tests again.
I have a rostered day off tomorrow so that helps kick things off well.
Am I a bit overwhelmed?
Am I a bit apprehensive?
Am I excited?
