Week 4 was our mini-milestone round. Which basically meant we had to redo the fitness tests we did prior to Week 1 to see how far we had come as well as take our measurements again to compare.
And guess what?
My weight is down by another kilo: 2 kgs lost since starting the program.
I have also lost 18.5 cms overall with most reduction around my hips [my nemesis!] but also thighs, chest, waist, arms and calves.
Additionally, I have improved on my fitness tests. For one thing, I could do 10 toe push ups this time whereas before I started, I could only do push-ups on my knees. I am so loving this program! And feeling so good about myself. My clothes have become looser (especially the pants!) and I notice my watch is not as tight as before. And all this in time for summer.
It’s been so addictive that I’m thinking of continuing to the next round and doing 12 weeks of the lean and strong program which is basically to help tone up.
Anyway, this loss has been the highlight of my week.
