Chocolate without sin

This post is brought to you by Well Naturally

If you are like me and you love your chocolate, well then, this post is for you.

Two of the hardest things during my 12WBT journey was to cut down on chocolate and cheese. Mind you, I didn’t say give up. But I was obviously eating tons of both. It doesn’t help when you have a lovely colleague at work who shares her chocolate every day [And who also happens to never gain weight unlike yours truly!]. So anyway, I have eaten probably just one chocolate from her since starting the program. I’ve been too scared to buy any and keep at home.

This week though, I found something that truly delighted me. A chocolate without sugar. Well Naturally have their own range of milk chocolate bars with no added sugar and dark chocolate bars that are sugar free. I was fortunate enough to be given their milk chocolate bars to try out. And I loved them. Two pieces equate to one serving and that was good enough for me for one day and hit the right spot. It certainly didn’t feel like anything was missing and I didn’t feel guilty either after eating it as it fit the recommended calorie intake my current fitness program requires. 2 pieces of the chocolate equate to 65 calories. And kept me easily within my limit! From what I can tell, their dark chocolate bars also do the same.

I do like the packaging. It’s simple yet enticing. I know if it was in the chocolate aisle, it would most certainly catch my eye. The milk chocolate range currently has only the creamy milk chocolate and the fruit and nut varieties. But their dark chocolate appears to have more varieties including some tempting ones personally such as the Valencia Orange and Mint Crisp.

So if you are looking to indulge that sweet tooth of yours in moderation, do check out products by Well Naturally. I know I am going to try and look out for their dark chocolate varieties!

***I was provided with the photographed chocolates only and my review is based on those. The views and opinions are entirely my own and are not influenced by the fact that I was provided with the items. Visit the Well Naturally website to find out more about their products***

Until next time,

Cheers!!!

I need to shed so many kilos, I don’t know when I’ll be doing it right! And chocolates are my weakness…though other than chocolates I don’t like sweets but chocolates cover up for other sweets 🙁

Same here…for me it’s chocolates and chocolate biscuits like Tim Tams. Evil!!!! I don’t think completely giving chocs up is a good idea because years ago I tried and I ended up massively binging. I think if we try in moderation we can satisfy our cravings and not go overboard. 🙂
