October. Done. Dusted. It was a quiet month for me on the blogging front. I only had 10 posts — the least ever for this year! I think that’s mainly because I was busy living my life and enjoying the real world. The month started off with the long weekend for us Down Under and for me, that involved hiking along the Six Foot Track. I think for some reason, once I did that, I just couldn’t write much.
There is something about awesome walking experiences with nature that makes it hard for me to put words to the experience. I can’t explain it. I spent a lot of the month being social. Meeting friends — old and new. Work has been stressful again and consuming a lot of my mind space.
I’m hoping November has different things in store. I am excited about an upcoming camping trip next weekend down at Jervis Bay. And at the end of the month, I also have a weekend away with a group of friends down at Hyams Beach. It’s our Christmas getaway. Yes, a bit early. I am excited and nervous about a few other things as well but I’m trying to live in the present moment. Hopefully though, November will see more blogging and less writer’s block!
How was October for you?
Until next time,
