10 things that made me happy {Week 15}

Time really is flying at the moment. I feel like I just wrote my previous 10 things post and here I am again reflecting on the week gone by. It’s only two more weeks to the end of the year and one more week to Christmas. I’m looking forward to some down time over the public holiday and hoping to get my house organised for a fresh start to the new year. I like fresh starts although they don’t always have to be in the new year. Anyway, I’m digressing. Here are 10 things that made me happy from 12th December to 18th December.

Going to Tree Top Adventure Park with friends and completing the first three levels

Celebrating Christmas with one group of friends on Saturday with a BBQ at Western Sydney Parklands and then playing board games for hours

Another Christmas celebration with friends on Sunday

Getting some cool Kris Kringle presents – a selfie stick and a cool serving bowl

Having a lovely final session with a client. We both cried a bit. They are much better after 18 months of therapy

happy week

Booking a week away for myself in January between jobs

The work Christmas lunch — great food and awesome venue

Cuddles with the cats

Having some me-time on a couple of days

Reading by the beach

How has your week been?

Do share!

***Linking with Lindsay and Krysten for 10 things that made me happy***

Until next time,

Cheers!!!

I booked a getaway to the Bahamas last February and it was the best gift I ever could have given myself. Good on you for having a trip to look forward to (and I personally think this is the best time of year to do it, what with cold weather/snow). Sounds like you’ve had a wonderful week filled with lots of time with good friends and doing things you love — awww, love board games! 🙂

That Tree Top Adventures looks fantastic! I have an 8 year old step-son, and we are thinking of some different adventures to do with him over his school break. This looks perfect!

Kitty cuddles are always on the list, aren’t they? 😉
