Week 4 of #12WBT February 2017

Last week was the first mini-milestone week of 12WBT. It’s the week where in addition to weighing ourselves, we redo our measurements and also our fitness test. This week, when I weighed in on Wednesday, I found out I lost 400 grams from last week which makes it a total of 2 kilos. Here are the rest of my measurements:

In terms of my fitness test, here are the results:

My meals this past week were up and down. It’s only because we had a planning day at work on Tuesday which meant we had lunch outside and also had morning tea provided. I still stuck to my 1200 calories however but just not the meal plan. Consequently, there aren’t many photos of my meals but I did love the Kangaroo with mashed pumpkin and mango-ginger glaze.

It’s onwards and upwards for Week 5. Here’s hoping I continue to get fitter and stronger and healthier.
